• All orders are made to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for production before shipping.

• During holidays or special events, processing times may be longer. We recommend placing orders early to secure your spot.

🚚 Shipping Methods

• We ship via UPS only.

• Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

• Local customers in Carmel, NY may request pickup at our storefront garage pop‑ups.

🌍 Shipping Areas

• Currently, we ship within the United States only.

• We do not ship internationally at this time due to the perishable nature of our products.

🍪 Product Care During Transit

• All sweets are packaged to minimize breakage and preserve freshness.

• While we take every precaution, Just Baked Sweets is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses.

💳 Shipping Costs

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier.

• Free local pickup is available at select events and pop‑ups.

🎄 Holiday & Event Orders

• Seasonal items (e.g., Thanksgiving cookies, Christmas cake pops) may have special shipping schedules. These will be clearly noted on product pages.

• To guarantee arrival before a holiday, please order at least 10 days in advance.

❌ Non‑Shippable Items

• Certain delicate or oversized creations (like tiered cakes) are pickup only and cannot be shipped.
